About the Position
We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growing Architecture team in Peachtree Corners GA. The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of related architectural design experience (internship coop and professional experience included) and wants to grow collaborate and innovate. In this position the successful candidate will prepare architectural designs prepare scale drawings and contract documents follow project design guides and templates and researches materials and assembles details ensuring understanding of materials and methods while working collaboratively under the mentorship of seasoned licensed Architects. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to building systems design. We are seeking someone who can be an independent selfstarter and can move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation.
Experience and Qualifications
- BArch 5year program) or MArch 6year program) from an accredited college or university
- 2 years of related architectural design experience (including internship coop or professional experience)
- Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Enrollment in the AIA Architectural Experience Program/Intern Development Program is preferred
- Ability to work well within a team environment positive attitude multitask and selfmotivated to produce high quality work
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
