Design Director
Location: Knightsbridge Central London
Salary:p/annum

This interior design studio is a highly respected and innovative leader known for its transformative approach to both residential and hospitality projects. This opportunity would be ideal for a Design Director or Associate Director with proven experience in the Luxury Residential and Hospitality sector looking to take their career to the next level.

Office:
- Full time in office Knightsbridge London
- Hours: 9:00 am 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Lead and oversee the design and of multiple highend interior design projects ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
- Manage mentor and develop a talented team of interior designers ensuring effective collaboration and creative output.
- Coordinate project schedules resources and budgets ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients ensuring their vision is understood and exceeded.
- Guide the design development process ensuring innovative and functional design solutions.
- Collaborate with architects contractors and suppliers to ensure design integrity and quality.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design or a similar field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in interior design specifically in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire design teams fostering creativity and high performance.
- Strong project management skills including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
- Exceptional clientfacing skills with a strong ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Suite.
- A highquality portfolio of previous completed projects in the luxury Residential sector.
- Experience with business development and financial management in the interior design industry.
