Job Description

A wellestablished personal injury law firm seeks a seasoned personal injury attorney that knows every aspect of a personal injury case from intake to verdict who is a dedicated outgoing and passionate lawyer to join their team.

This position will be the first line of contact for potential clients. You will conduct factfinding interviews with prospective clients to determine if a potential case falls within the scope of their practice areas and will be responsible for all duties related to the intake of new clients.

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the CT Bar
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
  • This position will require heavy client phone contact must be outgoing comfortable speaking on the phone and have outstanding verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Great attitude and ability to motivate staff in a positive way
  • Must work well with support staff
  • Very organized
  • Good listener
  • Compassionate & sincere
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Assist train & mentor client intake team
  • Analyze call reports
  • Motivate staff in a positive way
