Job Description
Opportunity
We are currently looking for a junior finance specialist who can reinforce our finance team. This position is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles. You will assist with daytoday financial operations.
Your mission
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements reports and budgets.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
- Monitor and track financial transactions ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Help maintain financial records including reconciling accounts and conducting bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and filing requirements.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to help senior management make informed business decisions.
- Assist with the development of financial forecasts and budget planning.
- Support the auditing process providing necessary documents and information for internal and external auditors.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Stay uptodate with financial regulations policies and industry trends
Your capabilities
- A bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting financial reporting and budgeting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
