The Senior Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:
- Lead technical studies on servers storage and network infrastructure to support the programs system architecture decisions for sustaining worldwide enterprise operations.
- Oversee and manage a highpriority multiyear onsite technical task focused on consolidating enterprise server sites.
- Analyze users requirements concept of operations documents and highlevel system architectures to formulate system requirements specifications.
- Lead design and development activities by analyzing system requirements and advising alternative approaches conducting feasibility studies and providing technical leadership for integrating requirements design and technology.
- Guide users in requirement formulation and provide expertise in system development and implementation planning.
- Develop technical documentation including system architecture and design documentation to ensure clear understanding and continuity of system development efforts.
- Interact with Government stakeholders to address Systems Engineering technical considerations resolve problems and manage conflicts.
- Ensure the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with program personnel government overseers and senior executives to provide updates report progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in systems engineering preferably in support of largescale enterprise operations.
- Proficiency in analyzing user requirements developing system specifications and guiding system development and implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with Government agencies or large organizations preferred.
- Travel: Some travel may be required based on project needs.
