Job Description
We are hiring a Data Quality Lead to join our team!
At our company we strongly believe that clean accurate and highquality data is essential for smart decisionmaking powering AI/ML capabilities and maintaining market leadership.
Your main mission will be:
Driving our data quality strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
Leading initiatives to maintain high standards for data governance quality and data cleaning.
Collaborating with business units technical teams and data forums to turn data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement data quality strategies standards and frameworks.
Manage data cleaning processes and continuous improvement initiatives at the source.
Create dashboards and reporting tools to track data quality and progress.
Foster best practices in data governance and handling.
Represent the data quality function in crossdepartmental projects.
What we expect from you:
Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Management Computer Science or a related field.
Previous experience in data quality data governance or data analysis.
Working knowledge of SQL visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) and data platforms (Snowflake Azure Data Services).
Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Analytical proactive mindset focused on problemsolving and continuous improvement.
Minimum English level of B2 or C1 (international environment).
