Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a midMichigan credit union that is seeking a Commercial Services Director to lead and develop its Commercial Team overseeing sales operations credit and business development. This role ensures strong portfolio management member satisfaction and regulatory compliance while driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop commercial team members providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Manage and grow commercial loan portfolios ensuring timely responses on new requests renewals and delinquencies.
- Maintain expertise in business lending practices managing risk and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Implement the Commercial Services Strategic Plan ensuring performance goals are met.
- Foster a highperformance team environment focused on service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proven ability to motivate influence and drive results.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
