Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead a highperforming team of planners ensuring efficient production planning optimized inventory management and exceptional customer service. This role is based at our Milton ON office and reports to the Supply Chain Planning Director.

Your future team:

You will become part of the Supply Chain Planning team and will be reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Director.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Logistics Customer Service Operations and Finance to implement strategies that drive operational efficiency and longterm growth.
  • Enhance planning capabilities by applying best practices and process improvements.
  • Develop inventory strategies to manage business volatility and scheduled shutdowns while tracking progress.
  • Align with factories to optimize production sequencing and campaign planning.
  • Establish and measure key performance metrics for the planning team.
  • Foster a highperformance culture taking ownership of team outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Implement new tools processes and best practices to enhance business performance.
  • Coach and develop supply chain professionals ensuring strong talent growth.
  • Provide training to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelors degree in business Operations Management Engineering or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in supply chain planning production scheduling and inventory management in a multisite manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of experience leading a team with a proven ability to inspire high performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel (SAP experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills to engage crossfunctional teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive service and inventory optimization.
  • Problemsolving agility balancing datadriven decisionmaking with practical .
  • A collaborative customerfocused approach capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
