Job Title: Business Development Associate
Job Description
- We are looking for an energetic and selfmotivated Business Development Associate
- who can grow business and clientele. You will be required to build concrete
- relationships with clients alongside maintaining the existing relationships. You will work
- with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
Job Objectives
- To enhance the companys reputation
- To look for new & creative ways to market our services
- To identify new business opportunities
- To conduct thorough market research
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching clients to take our services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers & new customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to
- identify new leads and potential new markets.
Competencies Required
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient at email and cell communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to work independently but within a strategic framework
- Handle negotiations and perform due diligence
- Problemsolving capabilities
- Can handle multiple projects/assignments at the same time
- Strong organizational skill
