Responsibilities:
- Complete intricate electrical and mechanical assemblies with precision.
- Determine and solve intricate system problems to ensure product excellence.
- Collaborate to maintain rigorous quality standards and adhere to production timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 5 years of experience in assembling and troubleshooting detailed electrical and mechanical components.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electronics or Technology or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in environments passionate about operational efficiency.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Capable of lifting 35 pounds unassisted and working in varied positions for extended periods.
- Expertise in using optical microscopes SEM or FIB for component inspection.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
- Diligent selfstarter able to work independently.
- Familiar with quality management systems and safety programs.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
