Who Were Looking For
We are currently looking to hire aLicensed Veterinary Technicianto join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable detailoriented team player who loves animals and being part of a fun supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used drawing blood and running bloodwork knowledge of xrays and proper positioning experience with proper animal handling and restraint understanding the importance of client education and being a positive and motivating team member.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.00 $21.00 which varies depending on experience education certifications licensure and location.
Requirements
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (required)
- 2 years of veterinary experience
- Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
- Obtaining accurate and thorough medical histories
- TPR
- Blood draws (cephalic saphenous and jugular)
- Placing IV catheters
- Digital radiology including positioning.
- Dentistry (digital xrays scaling polishing)
- Anesthesia (induction intubation monitoring aseptic technique)
- Laboratory skills such as ear and fecal cytology HM5 Vetscan Sedivue
- Excellent client communication/education
