As a Graduate Technology Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology talent pipeline. You will be at the forefront of our campus recruiting efforts driving the vision strategy and to attract the best and brightest candidates.

Your work will not only involve identifying and interviewing qualified candidates but also building and maintaining strong relationships with them throughout the hiring process. Additionally you will collaborate closely with university contacts to sustain and expand our recruitment network ensuring we reach a diverse top tier talent pool of candidates.

What youll do

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment processfor technical hiring ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith candidates hiring managers and interviewers throughout the hiring process fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with hiring managersto understand team dynamics define the necessary job skills and requirements for each role and develop a comprehensive campus hiring strategy for each academic year to achieve our recruiting goals.
  • Apply an analytical approachto recruitment by leveraging data statistics and trends to inform your decisions and strategic tactics ensuring we attract the best talent.
  • Attend and facilitate career fairs oncampus interview days campus events recruiting dinners and networking/social eventsto promote our programs and engage with potential candidates.
  • Design and produce onsite and external eventsfrom conception to creating memorable and impactful experiences that enhance our brand and attract toptier talent.

What were looking for

  • Minimum of one 1 year of professional experienceas a recruiter with prior experience in a University Recruiting team preferred.
  • Experience working in a highly selective hiring environmentwith technology and/or technical candidates demonstrating your ability to identify and attract toptier talent.
  • Passion for working with early careers candidatesand thriving in highvolume application environments ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing candidate relationshipsand honing interviewing skills showcasing your commitment to nurturing talent.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlinesand adapt as needed with a sense of urgency ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills enabling you to effectively convey information and build strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a problemsolving mindset capable of developing innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise analytical skillsto interpret data and inform strategies and decisions ensuring datadriven recruitment practices.
  • Willingness and ability to travelduring peak recruiting cycles attending career fairs oncampus events and networking opportunities to expand our recruitment reach.
