Position Overview:
We are seeking Mental Health Occupational Therapists to fill the role of Recovery Coaches within our dynamic Allied Health service in Victoria. This role is integral to providing targeted support expert guidance and therapeutic interventions to clients with complex mental health conditions. As a key part of our team youll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients quality of life ensuring our services align with their unique needs and NDIS plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Experience in managing complex mental health conditions such as Bipolar Disorder Schizophrenia and Borderline Personality Disorder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- A strong foundation in professional ethics with a proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships.
- Current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Advanced skills in report writing program development and the utilization of digital tools for service delivery.
- Eligibility for necessary clearances such as a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
