Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care Physician to join our team for a temporary assignment. In this role you will be treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat work-related injuries
  • Perform pre-placement DOT public safety and surveillance physical examinations
  • Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis
  • Perform in-office procedures as needed
  • Communicate with employers to provide medical guidance and recommendations
  • Exhibit welcoming skillful and respectful behaviors at all times
  • Complete all documentation in a timely and appropriate manner

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until the last patient is treated.

Requirements

  • Occupational Medicine Experience: Highly desired (1 year)
    Urgent Care Experience: Nice to have (1 year)
  • DOT Certified: Highly desired OR Must obtain DOT certification within 45 days of hire.
  • Ability to Treat Autonomously: Required
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Primary Care or Related Field: Highly desired
