- Handling adhoc data requests from business and HR stakeholders.
- Supporting the creation of reports dashboards and analyses (e.g. monthly data reporting) and effectively communicate key findings.
- Organizing and structuring HR data while ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Assisting in the rollout of the new HR system and supporting data migration.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams across People Partnering People Operations and Learning & Development.
- Gaining experience with HR analytics tools such as Workday Power BI and R.
- Play a key role in shaping HR data strategies and process improvements making a real impact on the organization.
Qualifications :
- You are in the advanced stages of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics (Business) Informatics Statistics Business Administration Economics Sociology or Psychology (with a quantitative focus) or have equivalent qualifications.
- You have initial experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. SQL queries Power BI/Tableau R/Python).
- You are proactive detailoriented and thrive in a fastpaced datadriven environment. A datadriven mindset and strong focus on data accuracy are key to your way of working.
- You have a handson mentality bring innovative ideas and work in a resultsoriented manner.
- You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment; German skills are a plus.
- You are eager to learn grow and take ownership of projects that will challenge and develop your analytical and problemsolving skills.
