Job Description
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements bank reconciliations and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Your scope of responsibilities
- Management of all aspects of the financial function in the company.
- Supervision of the accounting department manager 3 people)
- Control and management of the processing of all incoming invoices
- Organizing and managing outgoing invoices
- Management of cash flow and cash collection
- Management of debtor insurance invoice discounting and working capital management
- Management of matching invoices to delivery documentation
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and outgoing statements
- Management and monitoring of all inventories
- Preparation of accurate invoices and timely preparation for and assistance in audits
- Management of all tax aspects VAT for both import and export and processing of all tax documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Control of the established budget
- Supervision of HR and payroll
- Compliance with and assistance in all aspects of quality control and health and safety.
- Participation in the implementation and improvement of systems (enova SAP workflow...
- Create adhoc reports for various business needs
Our requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position (min. 23 years)
- Higher education in economics (finance accounting controlling)
- Communicative knowledge of English required (work with other branches of the group)
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- Accuracy meticulousness and independence in carrying out tasks
- Ability to create and analyze budgets and financial forecasts
- Ability to identify and analyze financial risk
- Knowledge of cost analysis and management methods
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of financial activities
- Ability to establish and monitor the consistency of financial processes in the company
- Good communication and cooperation skills punctuality
- knowledge of the Enova and SAP systems will be an additional asset
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.
