Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM Architect/Lead with expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). This role will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Oracle EPM solutions to enhance financial planning consolidation reconciliation and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud applications and the ability to drive digital transformation in enterprise financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect design and lead Oracle EPM Cloud solutions specifically FCCS ARCS and PBCS.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of FCCS for financial close consolidation and reporting.
- Oversee ARCS deployment for automated account reconciliation and compliance.
- Drive the design and of PBCS solutions for forecasting budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborate with finance accounting and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM Cloud with ERP systems and other financial tools.
- Develop custom reports dashboards and automation scripts for enhanced financial analytics.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting system enhancements and performance optimization.
- Train and support endusers ensuring adoption of best practices.
- Stay uptodate with Oracle EPM Cloud updates industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Oracle EPM with strong expertise in FCCS ARCS and PBCS.
- Proven track record in financial system architecture implementation and optimization.
- Indepth knowledge of financial consolidation reconciliation and budgeting processes.
- Handson experience with EPM Automate Smart View and Oracle Integration tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles GAAP IFRS and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and Oracle reporting tools.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud ERP NetSuite or SAP.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.
