We work with children adults and their families providing a holistic approach to hearing services for newborns through to people over 90 years old and helping children who are blind or have low vision to develop the right skills mobility and independence to confidently explore their world.

Today we deliver worldclass education (both to children with sensory loss and to professionals in the field) cochlear implants allied health services therapy research and clinical services to children and adults. Our new worldleading centre for innovation onsite at Macquarie University NSW represents a new era for hearing and vision loss. This nationally significant social infrastructure project was undertaken to nurture trial and share new ideas and form new partnerships that will drive better outcomes for people who are deaf hard of hearing blind or have low vision.While the centre is based at Macquarie its impact will extend across the country to all our sites and your role from our Liverpool office will be essential in bringing these advancements to life.
The Role
NextSense has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Liverpool. This is a permanent fulltime role working 38hours per week and reports directly to the Client Services Network Lead.
As a friendly face on our team the Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients receive exceptional service. Your genuine care for our clients will shine through as you prioritise their wellbeing at every turn.
Each day promises to be a fastpaced adventure where youll follow established processes to ensure timely and accurate appointment bookings and client administration tasks all while supporting our fantastic clinical staff in Liverpool. Youll be a puzzle master who enjoys delighting clients and supporting our clinical staffs success through organised and efficient service knowing that sometimes one size doesnt fit all.
