Job Description
This well established busy waterfront venue is a regular hangout for the locals and a popular choice for tourists. The restaurant maintains a relaxed dining experience with fantastic food great service and an exceptional atmosphere. No day is dull in this busy environment and growth is on offer for the right candidate. The Position:
As aFood & Beverage Team leader / Hostyou will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction in the provision of Food & Beverage services whilst contributing to effective restaurant operations.
Your key role will see you:
- Assist is being the perfect front door host welcome/ good bye host
- Cashier
- Able to handle customer complaints
- Able to handle a high paced without getting stressed
The venue is open 7 days for lunch and dinner.
Ideally you will have:
- Solid experience in a busy high volume a la carte venue as either Senior Food and Beverage Attendant Team leader or Supervisor
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment
- Passion and knowledge about food and wine
- Strong customer service practices
- Attention to detail and a willingness to be part of a fun and professional team
Essentials
- RSA
- Excellent communication skills
- Reservations and floor plan experience
- Experience in opening and closing of a venue
- Experience with POS Systems
- Professional and friendly customer service skills
