Job Description
Who we are looking for:
Are you the Clinical Director we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with people in the community! JRIs Behavioral Health Centers provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to individuals and families of all ages as well as specialized services to young children and their families with trauma histories. We provide care to a diverse and supportive community serving a wide variety of genders cultural backgrounds languages and ethnic backgrounds.
JRI provides the training so that:
* YOU will provide clinical supervision to Masters level clinicians and paraprofessional/Therapeutic Mentors as assigned.
* YOU will utilize evidence based models such as ARC CBT DBT and/or others; as well as adhere to Wraparound approach to provide both services to clients and supervision to staff.
* YOU will provide advanced license hours towards LMHC or LICSW if needed with supervisees.
* YOU will perform a variety of support functions including providing assessments crisis assessment and intervention identifying and facilitating treatment needs facilitating trainings as needed and the implementation of treatment outcome measures and procedures.
* YOU will perform a variety of leadership functions including directing teams of multidisciplinary professionals and advocating for the most appropriate service delivery to individuals.

Requirements:
* Candidates must have a minimum of a Masters degree and a license (LMHC LCSW LICSW etc. as experience working with the target population.
* Candidates must have managerial experience as well as direct care experience in the provision of mental health community based and/ or clinic based services for SED (Serious Emotional Disturbance) children and families.
* Candidates must have experience in navigating any of the child/familyserving systems; and experience in advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems.
* Candidate must hold a valid drivers license and willingness to travel in certain regions of Southeast of Massachusetts.
* Candidates must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule.
* Background and driving record checks will be performed.
