The Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost at Iowa State University is seeking a knowledgeable and customercentered CRM Systems Analyst. In this role you will help lead innovation of student success through effective digital transformation and data storytelling.
This position will use a people process technology approach to manage and optimize the EAB Navigate360 system to support student success and retention efforts. This role involves system configuration; enduser support; data enablement evaluation and assessment; and planning and implementing strategies for student success and retention. The position requires collaboration with various campus departments knowledge of data governance and security compliance and expertise with training and supporting stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
EAB Navigate360 System Administration: Configure and customize EAB Navigate360 manage data validity troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide enduser training and support.
Data Enablement Evaluation and Assessment: Establish data infrastructure source and analyze data develop dashboards and reports manage complex data projects and provide consultation to operationalize data.
Student Success & Retention Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement strategies evaluate retention efforts and coordinate global reenrollment processes.

Works on problems and issues of somewhat limited scope
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data for which answers are available or can be obtained

May lead projects of limited scope and complexity
May provide guidance to students
