Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

Prepare and deliver all drinks according to their order maintaining company recipes and any customer special requests.

Prepares food for resale.

Enters and completes customers orders on computer system accepting different types of payment.

Maintain a high level of store cleanliness organization and a safe work environment.

Always delivers quality customer service.

Presents a positive attitude towards the job.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge Skills and Abilities)

A passion to work in a Caf/Coffee atmosphere.

California Food Handlers card is required for all food service employees who prepare store and serve food.

Previous Barista Experience

Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management servers team members and guests)

Previous Coffee bean roasting experience is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize and work effectively within a sometimespressurized environment.

Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
