Job Description

Job Summary:
ListingNaples is currently seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our top producing real estate team in Naples Florida. This is a fulltime commissiononly sales position with the potential for high earnings and career growth. As an individual contributor you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue for our team and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Compensation & Benefits:
As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive commissionbased salary of $100000 per year with all of the support you need. In addition you will have access to a supportive and collaborative work environment ongoing training and development and the potential for career advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking events referrals and cold calling
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties
Attend client meetings and conduct property showings to showcase available listings
Negotiate and prepare purchase and sales agreements ensuring all parties understand and agree to the terms
Provide exceptional customer service and build longterm relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
Stay uptodate with local and national real estate market trends to advise clients and ensure competitive pricing for listings
Collaborate with team members including listing agents and administrative staff to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations

Requirements:
Active real estate license in Florida
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other real estate technology tools
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs
