Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Control and management of Company and Client assets.
Manage all staff reporting to this position so as to effectively recruit train evaluate motivate delegate and monitor their activities.
Manage Industrial relations in area.
Manage staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance leave schedules overtime etc..
Implement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
South African citizen
2 3 years previous hospitality experience in the cleaning industry would be an advantage
Previous staff management experience is essential
MS Office proficient (Outlook / Word / Excel)
Clear criminal record
Must reside in the Port Elizabeth area
Own reliable transport
