Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Control and management of Company and Client assets.
  • Manage all staff reporting to this position so as to effectively recruit train evaluate motivate delegate and monitor their activities.
  • Manage Industrial relations in area.
  • Manage staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance leave schedules overtime etc..
  • Implement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance.



Minimum Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • South African citizen
  • 2 3 years previous hospitality experience in the cleaning industry would be an advantage
  • Previous staff management experience is essential
  • MS Office proficient (Outlook / Word / Excel)
  • Clear criminal record
  • Must reside in the Port Elizabeth area
  • Own reliable transport
