worldwide and were looking for an experienced and exceptional Service Manager.
As a Service Manager at Midas youll benefit from working within a privately owned franchise

The Service Manager at a Midas location brings a community focused and entrepreneurial
approach to the table ready to lead by example and get after it helping the team learn to drive
increases in sales grow shop revenue maintain cost and inventory control metrics while
ensuring a fun productive and fast paced collaborative environment.
Youll be responsible for overseeing the total operation of the location including everything from
P&L management to scheduling to completing sales and staff evaluation reports and youll lead
the team forward in everything from sales and professional growth to inventory management
and cost control environmental compliance and of course safety.
Being on the front line youll have the ability to leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to
train and mentor staff oversee your technicians assessments and communicate directly with
clientele bridging the gap and ensuring that Midas maintains our reputation for offering best in
class customer service and the highest quality of work.
This highly valued team focused leadership role will require you to apply your years of
management experience (ideally 3 or more and preferably in the automotive industry) your
passion to share general automotive knowledge to work closely with customers
helping them understand inspection results and estimates youll create
based on the recommendations from your team.
