Job Description
Class 1 Trunk Driver Nights
Our drivers are one of the most important roles within EV Cargo and as a fully qualified Class 1 Trunk Driver on Nights and we are seeking an experienced trunk driver to join our team and help us transport goods across the country during the night shift!
THE SALARY
Yearly 37500
Location
This role will be based at our site in Burton on Trent
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Various HGV driving duties including daily checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use complying with vehicle security and standing procedures at all times.
- Manage the hand held terminals and be able to record accurate information.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accuratey and returned to the Transport Office.
- Report any delivery issues in a timely manner to the Transport Office.
- Provide a professional driving service meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered at all times
- Able to work weekends.
