Description

The Customer Experience Specialist for Revolution Brewing acts as the face of the Brewery welcoming visitors to the building and fielding questions from the public through various communication methods. This is an administrative and communications role primarily focused on customer interaction and office management duties. A key function of the position will be to create a positive experience with the Revolution brand. This person also handles the daytoday management of our merchandise program and provides support to various teams across the company.

This role requires organization and the ability to multitask while prioritizing various requests. It requires being comfortable responding to customer issues and also stepping into a variety of roles to support RevCrew throughout different departments..

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

  • Respond to incoming calls emails and social media questions from the public in a timely manner while coordinating with the appropriate Rev team members when necessary.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding all retail programs including but not limited to Revolutions customer rewards programs online store platforms for merchandise and beer sales and other FAQs related to the retail program.
  • Manage our retail storefronts by fulfilling customer orders and updating items available for sale.
  • Assist with merchandise inventory processes including receiving and counting items inventory management for permanent and seasonal merchandise and reordering/maintaining par level.
  • Work with Marketing Crew on new incoming merchandise items for warehouse/accounting setup and pricing master maintenance.
  • Fulfill Sales/Marketing POS and merchandise requests along with administrative tasks as requested by Sales and Marketing Crews.
  • Support our barrel aged beer releases by assisting with the online sale and supporting our Tap Room team on pickup days including flex scheduling into weekends as needed.
  • Office coordination that includes handling administrative type mail and packages maintaining office and kitchen supplies and supporting RevCrew with coordination of onsite meetings with room setup meal ordering and technical needs.

Qualifications

  • Flex scheduling for weekend availability for Deep Woods and specialty beer releases
  • Proficiency in Googles G Suite products particularly GSheets
  • 12 years experience in a customer facing role where you had to quickly and effectively communicate inperson and through digital communications
  • Demonstrated experience in office management and project coordination
  • Ability prioritize projects from senior colleagues with varying timelines
  • Prior experience working with online shopping and fulfillment platforms preferred
