Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team at Grapes Innovative Solutions in Thrissur. This is a fulltime juniorlevel position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales through effective communication and strong sales skills contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare software solutions.

  • Good communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and articulate product benefits clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs and address their queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset to drive personal and organizational success in telesales.
  • Proficient in handling sales calls and followup communications through various channels.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of our healthcare software solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and prioritize tasks effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions using our healthcare software products.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for product improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update on the progress of leads and sales activity.
