Job Description
Emerson is looking for an Application Specialist for our office in Cluj. The main objective is to provide technical and application support to Customer Care and PMO for multiple product groups by respecting the quality and service level standards ensuring reliable solutions that meet customer requirements and preparing technical quotes that embed 3rd party special items. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide technical and application support to Customer Care and PMO across multiple product groups
- Ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
- Prepare technical quotes incorporating thirdparty special items.
- Contribute to item setup and assembly procedure definitions.
- Implement solutions based on the compatibility between the Measurement Instrumentation portfolio and supplier offerings.
- Assist Marketing Procurement Quality and Manufacturing in identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Develop indepth knowledge of assigned products.
- Build industry expertise to become a trusted advisor to customers.
- Focus on innovation to improve processes and solutions continually.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

You are a technically skilled professional with strong collaboration and communication abilities. You have a proactive approach consistently seek innovative solutions and adapt easily to different audiences. Your organizational skills and attention to detail ensure precise and efficient project . You thrive in dynamic environments and maintain a positive solutionoriented attitude.
For This Role You Will Need:
- University degree in Engineering (Technical).
- 35 years experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support quotations technical training);
- Experience in handling customer related projects and expectations.
- Good understanding of technical applications.
- Languages: English advanced level (mandatory)
- Teamwork experience.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of any additional European languages is a plus.
- Process Improvement Experience.
