Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors construction of NPPs marine structures and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to noncompliance with design. - Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley marine construction supervision systems and procedures for the project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and standards.
Participates in safety environmental and hazard assessments. - Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.
Reports on project performance against the baseline plan. Assists in ensuring that Worley subcontractors are suitably prequalified for delivery of the project. Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project. Reviews comments and prepares drafts of Customers correspondence pertaining to site construction of marine structures.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering preferably Civil. Strong construction oversight skills; 8 years of construction supervision experience in multicultural teams. - NPP or Nuclearrelated construction experience is required.
- Indepth knowledge of waterway and/or submerged civil structures.
- Sound engineering background

Ability to analyze communicate influence and persuade Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential understanding of Russian is a plus - Proactive team player proven to be effective in a multicultural environment
