Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Construction Site Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing onsite construction activities ensuring projects stay on schedule and maintaining safety and quality standards. Youll serve as the key liaison between contractors subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Ideal candidates will have some construction experience and a solid understanding of blueprints specs and project timelines. Energy reliability and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and workflow
- Interpret and execute project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and inspectors
- Maintain safety and compliance protocols
- Monitor project progress and report updates
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction (site supervision a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Energetic and selfmotivated with a handson attitude
- Excellent communication skills
