Responsibilities include:
- Manage other team members
- Develop and execute plans to meet sales goals set by management team
- Develop and work on optimizing work schedules
- Work closely with vendors and manage inventories
- Help to create meaningful and memorable relationships between coworkers customers and vendors
- Guide and train new hires and help to maintain a postiive team environment
