Job Description
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney with 35 years of litigation experience
- Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney
- Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to think outside of the box and work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Looking for immediate hire and ideally someone who is intelligent driven and looking to grow and flourish within the company for an indefinite amount of time.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Juris Doctorate (J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the California Bar or admission before beginning this role.
- Demonstration of appropriate and professional behavior in working with members of the public who may often be in crisis or frustrated with service availability.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent dispute resolution negotiation mediation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop initial and ongoing case strategies.
- Willingness to act as a mentor to junior associates.
- Employment and Bilingual is a plus
- work well under pressure and deadlines;
- are able to handle a large caseload while staying organized;
