At Cosentino (www.cosentino) we are looking for a Product and Support Specialist to join our Logistics Team providing service and support to our Centers in the Midwest Region. The Centers are an example of Cosentinos total commitment to its clients providing them with exclusive and highquality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse (b) brand and product showroom and (c) sales network.

What will you be doing
Our Logistics team is looking for a Product and Support Specialist to be part of our team. On this position you would be responsible for supporting product growth through training of internal and external customers. Conducting training and product demonstrations and presentations. Assisting with resolution of escalated customer issues.
Job Expectations
Develop and lead product training presentations
Develop and lead hands on technical training classes
Required continual training to stay current on all industry changes and fabrication equipment
Support customer service and field personal with technical expertise and knowledge
Assist with escalated customer issue resolution as needed in assigned area
Other Duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE
Required
Minimum 2 years of similar experience
EDUCATION

Bachelors degree

KNOWLEDGES
Required
Profesional proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook
Fabrication of stone products
Knowledge of stone fabrication machinery
Experience with presenting in a classroom environment

Knowledges in SAP

Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects daily
