Job Description
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for look out for complete assembly process of higher tonnage machine with highest build quality and with best productivity and efficiency.
Work Youll Do:
- Lookout for planning of assembly work according to sales requirements.
- Daily work allocation material requirements shortages update labor entry & check sheets update etc.
- Update all data related to assembly like efficiency productivity labor hours FTR etc.
- Look out for 5s activity in respected area Improvements in process cost reduction Kaizen etc.
- To look after inventory of respected area
- Updating in work instruction SOPs check sheets etc. according to change.
- To update/make Jigs and fixtures.
Team:
Higher tonnage assembly team at Milacron Ahmedabad.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma/BE in mechanical engineering with experience at least 67 years
Injection Moulding machine assembly experience will be highly preferable.
