The Opportunity
Dillon Consulting is seeking motivated candidates to fill several positions available for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development and Sales (BDAS) group. The addition of a new Proposal Coordinator is part of an exciting new approach to managing our proposal sales operations in Dillon!
As part of our Proposal and Sales Team this key role would be working closely with our Business Units and technical subject matter experts to create high impact proposal sales submissions. As a Proposal Coordinator you would be responsible for assisting with the management of all aspects of the proposal submission as well as proposal content generation utilizing Dillons proposal management software and associated content reference library. In addition this role includes guiding technical staff through our established proposal process systems.This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys collaborating with Business Unit pursuit leads and technical experts across the country as well as a person that is highly organized and selfmotivated to excel.
