Job Description
Position Highlights:
- Position:LPN
- Job Type:FullTime
- Location:Community Hospital/MSU
- Schedule:Days weekend call required
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patients vital signs such as blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration.
- Observe patients and report any changes in their condition to the RN or physician.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of an RN.
- Clean and dress wounds change bandages and provide other basic wound care.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including medical histories treatment plans and
progress notes. - Assist RNs and physicians with procedures and treatments as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Colorado licensure as an LPN is required. Completion of an IV certification program.
- 2 years of related experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification
Compensation:
- $24.00 $27.60 per hour depending on education and experience.
