Job Description:
Are you ready to take on the challenge of running a warehouse operation for one of the worlds leading shipping and logistics companies
We need someone to lead our warehouse staff ensuring they are just as focused on process safety productivity and training as you are. Youll be responsible for coordinating the operational needs to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth of our procedures and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the afternoon warehouse operation within our facility
- Work Saturdays pm only 75 hours a week
- Manage team performance and reassign duties as needed
- Organize and motivate staff to optimize the teams overall output
- Support other team leaders and collaborate with management to improve processes
- Complete daily reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure services are delivered within specified deadlines
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warehouse and managerial experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers (Excel knowledge required)
- Ability to motivate others and ensure targets are met
- Ability to manage challenging situations and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
