Job Summary

As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within our dynamic team you will investigate exceptions and breaks in JPM books versus agent banks. You will collaborate with various parties to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate asset positions and cash balances. Your role will also involve supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to process improvements

Job Responsibilities

  • Investigate exceptions and breaks in JPM books versus agent banks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties on asset positions and cash balance changes.
  • Arrange instructions to resolve exceptions.
  • Work with utility teams on tracking and reporting breaks.
  • Maintain and certify procedures incorporating changes.
  • Collaborate with managers for procedure reviews.
  • Support strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in daily team huddles and review calls.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize MS Office and Alteryx tools proficiently.
  • Create and publish MIS reports and dashboards.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Utilize MS Office applications and Alteryx tools proficiently.
  • Exhibit proficiency in MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Draft emails and articulate problems effectively.
  • Possess a background in operations trade processing and settlements.
  • Apply reconciliation skills effectively.
  • Engage actively in team discussions and initiatives.
