Sales Manager (Switzerland)
Join our team in Zug the heart ofCrypto Valley and take on a pivotal role asSales Manager. This role is based in Zug Switzerland the hub for blockchain innovation fintech companies and cryptocurrency pioneers. The Sales Manager role focuses primarily on building and managing relationships with government entities semigovernment organizations and large enterprises in the region. You will play a crucial role in developing our market presence and driving the adoption of our solutions acrossone of the most exciting ecosystems for emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities secure partnerships and expand market share in DACHS.
- Lead Generation: Have the ability to source leads that fit the business models of the company. Bringing an existing network would be a huge plus
- Lead Qualification: There are levels of lead profiling that will qualify the leads generated such things as the right person of contact and decisionmakers.
- CRM Management: We use a CRM system to record leads generated and profiled there is a process to follow for the stages of a deal. Competency is a musthave when it comes to data entry.
- Presentation of platform and services: Being able to showcase the platform and services of Global Ledger or provide an indepth understanding to meet the clients needs. This is key for generating potential clients.
- Conduct indepth market research to identify new business opportunities and develop comprehensive growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at potential clients and partners in the blockchain and financial services industries
- Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
- Negotiate and close highvalue deals that contribute significantly to company revenue goals.
- Manage and forecast the BDM pipeline effectively ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and new technologies relevant to Global Ledgers offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Product) to ensure alignment and support business development initiatives.
Main Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on the public sector or government accounts. Experience in the Swissmarket is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm relationships with clients and partners.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain technology AML regulations and their applications in the financial industry.
- Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to think ahead to identify longterm growth opportunities.
