- Salary:p.a. (dependent on experience) plus potential annual bonus. Biannual salary reviews.

The Role.
We are looking for a Consultant who will be:
- Responsible for the delivery of our services taking complex datacentric challenges and developing innovative solutions.
- Required to think in terms of client outcomes switching from the big picture to a low level of detail.
- Responsible for managing both up and down anticipating and communicating opportunitiesand risks effectively.
- Required to effectively prioritise and deliver across multiple projects simultaneously.
We are a growing organisation so you may do some of following:
- Supporting internal operations marketing recruitment resourcing etc.
- Developing our solutions.
- Developing content forclient bids and contributing to proposal presentations.
Requirements.
- A desire to work at and shape a highgrowth organisation.
- Between 25 years of experience at a consulting firm or in another projectbased environment.
- Exposure to data and datarelated projects.
- Strong communications skills:
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to discuss complex topics with both technical and business audiences.
- Strong project management skills:
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Ability to encourage and oversee a small team.
- Focus on highquality delivery:
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
- Ability to solve problems creatively.
- Willingness to learn and develop core consulting project management and business development skills.
