Learning Support Assistant & Midday Supervisor / SEN Teaching Assistant SN11
Are you passionate about making a difference in childrens lives My client is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support SEN and pupil premium students in a nurturing and dynamic school environment. This role offers the chance to play a vital part in helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive both inside and outside the classroom. This role is available on a fixedterm contract until March 2026.

What Youll Be Doing
- Providing tailored support to SEN and pupil premium students across the school.
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement learning strategies.
- Supporting students with their emotional and academic development through structured interventions.
- Supervising and ensuring a safe and engaging lunchtime experience as a Midday Supervisor.
- Communicating effectively with staff and parents to support each childs progress.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN needs is essential.
- Understanding of traumainformed approaches in education is desirable.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
- A compassionate patient and adaptable approach to working with children.
