Business Unit Overview:
BlackRocks Global Cash Management is a dynamic area of growth. We are one of the largest managers of cash in the world with $937 billion in assets under management (as at March 14th 2025. We have been an innovator and leader in the cash markets for over 30 years by combining investment management distribution and technology to build an effective and efficient cash management experience for our clients.
We offer product solutions ranging from money market funds to fully customised separate accounts and everything in between. Weve pioneered environmental social and governance (ESG) investing solutions and through our 2017 acquisition of Cachematrix offer custom webbased cash management investment platforms for financial institutions and corporate treasurers alike. Position Description:
The EMEA Cash Management Sales team is responsible for distributing money market funds and custom solutions to a variety of client sectors across the region The team is seeking a sales and relationship manager to drive asset growth through new client and partnership acquisition development of an existing portfolio of clients and distribution partners.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRocks hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
