TheChief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CHRO) will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader ensuring the smooth of Boomis HR priorities. Acting as a catalyst for efficiency and alignment this role will drive key people initiatives optimize decisionmaking and enhance collaboration across HR functions and the broader business.
As a trusted advisor to the CHRO and HR leadership the Chief of Staff will play a critical role in shaping the future of Boomis people strategy culture and global workforce initiatives.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Leadership &
- Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership to define and execute HRs strategic roadmap ensuring alignment with Boomis business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor providing datadriven insights preparing reports and assisting with key decisionmaking
- Monitor HRs key performance metrics and drive accountability for critical deliverables
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Manage HRs budgeting process in collaboration with FP&A leadership ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support HR programs and initiatives
- Partner with FP&A teams to manage HRs budget forecasts workforce planning and operational expenses ensuring alignment with Boomis financial objectives
- Track the ROI on key people initiatives and make strategic recommendations for resource optimization
Operational Excellence & Program Management
- Drive crossfunctional HR initiatives ensuring they are executed on time within scope and delivering measurable impact
- Manage HR leadership meetings including agenda setting action tracking and followups to ensure seamless
- Continuously optimize HR processes structures and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a key liaison between the CHRO and HR leadership fostering transparency alignment and collaboration
- Prepare executivelevel presentations reports and materials for Board meetings companywide communications and leadership discussions
- Represent the CHRO in meetings when necessary ensuring HR strategies are communicated effectively to stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency communication planning ensuring HR is prepared to respond to workforcerelated crises urgent business needs or rapid organizational changes.
- Partner with Legal Compliance and Corporate Communications teams to implement effective crisis response protocols and workforce communications strategies
Global People & Culture Initiatives
- Lead HR initiatives with a global mindset ensuring sensitivity to regional workforce dynamics compliance and cultural differences
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Partners to drive bestinclass HR programs across Boomis global locations
- Implement culturally inclusive policies and programs that support employee engagement retention and talent mobility
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance employee experience cultivate a highperformance culture and foster an inclusive global workforce
The Experience You Bring:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Chief of Staff is a requirement with a total of 10 years in business operations consulting or Chief of Staff roles with strong exposure to HR functions
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect the dots between HR strategy financial planning and business priorities while maintaining a peoplefirst mindset
- Budget & Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budgeting forecasting and partnering with FP&A to manage HR financials
- Excellence: Proven track record of turning strategy into action and driving meaningful outcomes
- DataDriven: Strong analytical and advanced Excel modeling skills with the ability to leverage HR and financial data for impactful insights and decisionmaking
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and craft engaging employee communications
- Global & Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working with international teams across multiple countries and time zones ability to demonstrate cultural curiosity fluidity and sensitivity
- Project & Crisis Management: Experience leading complex projects handling sensitive workforce issues and ensuring HR is prepared and leading through critical timesensitive and often quickly changing situations
- Adaptability: Thrives in an evolving highgrowth environment managing ambiguity and shifting priorities with ease
Bonus points if you have:
- A Masters Degree or MBA especially with a focus on business strategy HR Management or organizational development
- Experience as a Chief of Staff to a Chief People Officer
- Expertise in HR budgeting and financial planning tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- Experience working in highgrowth SaaS or technology company

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges fromCAD annually applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidates knowledge skills experience and geographic location.
