At PwC our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions divestitures and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations financial analysis and developing strategies for postmerger integration.

You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Essential:
Youll need to have a degree in a Technology related discipline e.g. Computer
Science Software Engineering Maths Physics or Artificial Intelligence OR
demonstrate that you have minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Analytical mindset with a good knowledge of computing fundamentals.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Knowledge and experience with data query or programming languages such as
SQL C# Java and/or Python.
Strong logical reasoning attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Confident in conveying complex concepts in simple terms.
Excellent written oral and presentation skills.
Desirable (although not essential):
Working experience of creating applications using one or more low development
platforms e.g. Mendix Power Platform or Appian.
Skills to draw out user stories from clients and map these to process diagrams andrequirement documents.
Any experience or involvement of developing a web application using full stack
development.
Experience of leveraging cloud based services e.g. MS Azure Google Cloud
Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Any relevant low code or general development certification
