As the Regional Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the commercial business segment. This will include working with and leveraging our extensive commercial team of ADSMs and GMs throughout the regions you are assigned and working across North America as needed where your local relationships create opportunities in other regions in the United States and Canada.
In this role your function will be to ensure the sustainable growth of the commercial business working to determine what influencers to target in your assigned area what specific accounts will require your direct attention and providing direction and support to the local ADSMs and GMs that will work most of the local commercial projects as well as maintain the local account relationships that will drive the commercial business for Cosentino.
Job Expectations
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of Cosentino products margins and ensure we hit the region sales budget.
Develop establish and grow relationships with targeted commercial accounts by cold calling scheduling appointments and meeting with potential and existing GC/Developers/Fabricators/Millworkers/Corporate accounts their purchasing agents designer and sales teams in order to secure long term business relationships.
Track and understand each large commercial account and our value proposition to their fabricating supplier and their customers
Establish commercial profiles with key contacts by prioritizing activities to obtain recapture and retain their business
Coach and develop team members with a focus on inspiring others to achieve their highest potential
Communicate product features and their influence within each account Regionally provide input as to what you think are achievable but challenging sales goals for our commercial team on a yearly basis with respect to the facade sector
Own the applications sales development portion of the assigned commercial budget for your assigned regions and overall for North America.
Determine key commercial accounts that specify architectural surfaces and personally make sure our team or yourself are effectively growing these relationships with the end goal of showing that Cosentino is being specified and sold on the jobs they are working.
Take a leadership role on all commercial related marketing events/shows in your assigned regions making sure that effective follow up of leads from these events is completed.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed.
Collaborate with local regional and national peers to assure highest level of segment penetration and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development of the annual sales and marketing plan for the segment.
Manage and review account reports monthly with the Commercial Project Director.
Document activity and account progress utilizing Saleforce CRM system.
EXPERIENCE
Required
5 Years of Sales Experience in the commercial industry
EDUCATION
Required
Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College (BS or BA)
Desired
Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
KNOWLEDGES
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook etc.
Salesforce Proficiency

Ability of reading blueprints and prepare project take offs
