We are supporting a leading law firm with offices across London and the South East as they expand their Corporate and Commercial team. The firm is looking for a Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join their dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers acquisitions commercial contracts joint ventures and more.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while actively seeking opportunities to bring in new work.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver highquality legal services.
- Play an integral role in the growth and development of the firm contributing to team success and business expansion.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
- Technical proficiency in corporate and commercial matters including M&A commercial agreements and business restructuring.
- Proven track record of business development and bringing in new clients.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Proactive selfmotivated and ambitious with a strong desire for continued professional growth.
