Enterprise Sales Executive

Location: West Coast Remote/Hybrid

As an Enterprise Sales Executive you will deliver revenue growth through sales of our healthcare technology solutions and services to new customers in multiple areas within the healthcare technology space including Health Plans Health Systems Pharmacy Benefit Managers Third Party Administrators & Pharmacy Benefit Administrators Accountable Care Organizations across the following business lines: Commercial Medicare Medicaid Exchange Drug Discount.

What You Will Get To Do:

Lead full sales cycle: Sales Executives are the Quarterbacks of the team; paving the way and motivating the team across the finish line.

  • Generate sustained pipeline growth in line with profiles defined by the subject matter experts
  • Identify opportunities; leverage subject matter experts to understand synergies between customer needs and SS&Cs solutions
  • Work with subject matter experts to deliver a solution across SS&Cs portfolio of capability (technology and services)
  • Carry out demo(s) gather customer data and liaise with internal stakeholders to create presentation decks materials proposals and pricing client reference introductions executive leadership introductions etc.
  • Manage relationship between customer and internal stakeholders
  • Close deals and maintain relationship for growth
  • Will carry an individual sales quota. Annual quota will be based on experience and assessment.

SS&C Enterprise Cross Sales

  • Collaborate with SS&C enterprise to identify ways to expand client partnerships across all business segments 6 total)

Ongoing Pipeline Development

  • Developing contact database relationship plans and account development plans
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of 45 times to successfully achieve and exceed quota expectations

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Hunting mentality Net new business with net new logos is the mission
  • 5 years of experience in health care sales
  • 5 years of quota achieving success selling enterprise software and technology
  • Deep experience and success penetrating National and large Regional Payers in the US
  • Extensive rolodex and connections in the industry preferred
  • Relationships with CSuite in large key health plan
  • Strong sense of urgency with the drive and knowledge to navigate multilevel relationships with complex customers
  • Deep understanding of needsbased selling strategies and ability to uncover underlying customer objections and concerns
  • Ability to think strategically and create plans unique to a prospect given their situation in the marketplace and business issues
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to clearly articulate a value proposition that resonates with a prospect organization and its buyers
  • Thorough understanding of the consultative customerfocused approach to the sales process
  • You must be willing to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry conferences events and internal training/meetings

Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to relevant work experience job related knowledge skills abilities business needs and geographic regions.

California: Salary range for the position: 150000 commission USD to 175000 commission USD. Colorado: Salary range for the position: 150000 commission USD to 175000 commission USD.
