What Youll Do:
- Assemble & Install: Build and install wire harnesses from scratch or by integrating donor components using detailed prints cut sheets and instructions.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Use precision soldering crimping and continuity testing (with multimeters and other tools) to ensure every harness meets our exacting quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot & Innovate: Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to diagnose wiring issues identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain an Organized Workspace: Keep your area clean and safe adhering to all safety procedures while maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Contribute to Process Improvement: Offer insights and ideas that help refine our assembly processes and elevate our quality standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in wire harness assembly or a closely related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with soldering crimping proper tool usage and using multimeters for precise testing.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous mindset with a commitment to delivering 100 quality in every project.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to work independently ask questions and creatively resolve build challenges.
- Team Spirit: A positive proactive attitude with a passion for learning and a willingness to share knowledge.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Certifications in wiring or highvoltage training.
- Experience with design quality tools or OEM plant environments.
