Become a part of our strong TRATON Governance Risk & Compliance team by joining us as of the next possible date. You can expect exciting insights and varied tasks in the international governance and compliance environment with a focus on policy management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Proactively support the TRATON Group Policy Coordinator in daytoday business by globally aligning with various policy stakeholders (in English and German)
/ Continuously improve the overall quality of TRATON policies by checking them against TRATON standards
/ Forward and communicate policies and related news to our global network
/ Join the project for setting up our new Group IT solution and keep the current solution uptodate
/ Prove and enhance your analytic skills by creating and updating our reports
YOUR SKILLS
/ Enrolled at a university (of applied sciences)
/ Strong MS Office 365 skills especially in Excel Teams and Outlook and ideally some experience with maintaining intranet sites SharePointbased content spreadsheets and databases
/ Handson mentality structured and independent work method
/ Openminded ability to work in an international environment and proactive teamplayer
/ Fluent (written and spoken) in German and English
